Energy Consultancy
The independent entry point for offtakers facing rising electricity costs, grid uncertainty, and a confusing market. We assess your energy profile, recommend the right technology and commercial structure, introduce a trusted EPC from our network, structure the funding, and oversee execution to system live. We are not paid by you. Our economics are aligned with closing the right deal — not the most expensive one.
Business Development
A contracted business-development service — Enerthia finds leads and sells a client’s product or service to offtakers, EPCs, property groups, the retail sector, and direct clients. Sold on time, on commission, as an independent contractor. Client-directed throughout.
Product & Service Endorsement
A contracted, sustained promotion of renewable energy products and services across the channels and conversations Enerthia controls — profile documents, website, social, EPC and funder briefings. Endorsements are specific to the product or service in question, never brand-wide. We endorse selectively, because the endorsement only carries weight if we do.
Funding Origination
Up to R500 million for renewable energy projects. Debt-style and equity-style structures drawn from a panel of 32 funders and direct relationships with South Africa’s major banks. We sit on the offtaker’s side, partner with EPCs through retainer subscription, and bring funders an origination-ready pipeline.

Our home market and the centre of our network. From our Cape Town base in the Western Cape, we originate funding for renewable energy projects nationwide — with particular depth in the agricultural sector, and direct relationships with South Africa’s major banks alongside our funder panel.
African Continent
We extend the same origination model into the broader continent, where rising energy costs and grid constraints make well-structured renewable projects compelling. We work through trusted in-market partners to bring offtakers, EPCs, and funders together
Indian Ocean Islands
Island markets — Mauritius, Madagascar, and beyond — face distinct energy economics: high import dependence and strong renewable potential. We bring structured funding and partnership origination to projects across the region.
